From the North
Highway 35E South to St. Paul
Exit and continue on Wacouta St
Right at Kellogg Blvd
Left onto the Wabasha St. bridge
Left (at the 1st light) onto Fillmore Ave
Left onto Harriet Island Blvd (before the RR tracks)
Right to cross the Raspberry Island Bridge
  From the East
Highway I-94 West to St. Paul
Exit and continue onto Highway 52
Exit, right turn onto Plato Blvd
Right at Wabasha St
Right onto Filmore Ave (before the Wabasha bridge)
Left onto Harriet Island Blvd (before the RR tracks)
Right to cross the Raspberry Island bridge

     
From the South
Highway 35E North to St. Paul
Exit, turn right at Kellogg
Right onto the Wabasha St bridge
Left (at the 1st light) onto Fillmore Ave
Left onto Harriet Island Blvd (before the RR tracks)
Right to cross the Raspberry Island bridge
  From the West
Highway I-94 east to St. Paul
Exit at Marion/Kellogg
Turn right onto Kellogg (follow past the Xcel Center)
Right onto the Wabasha St bridge
Left (at the 1st light) onto Filmore Ave
Left onto Harriet Island Blvd (before the RR tracks).
Right to cross the Raspberry Island bridge


Take Metro Transit

Save time and the hassle of parking by using the Metro Transit Green Line on race day. Trains run  every 10-15 minutes non-stop on Saturdays. Exit at the St. Paul Central Station platform. Head west on 4th Street East for 1.5 blocks. Turn left on Wabasha Street. Half way across the bridge you will see a set of stairs going down to Raspberry Island.

Parking

Parking is limited, so we highly encourage carpooling.

Reserved Parking on Raspberry Island: Parking on the island is reserved for people living with ALS and those requiring an accessible spot. Access to parking on Raspberry Island CLOSES at 8:15 am to prepare the bridge for the race. Please arrive no later than 8:15 am as you'll be directed to other parking areas at that time. Inquire with Ashley (ashley@alsmn.org) if you have questions about the reserved parking list.
 
Premier Parking on Harriet Island Blvd: From Fillmore Ave, turn left on Harriet Island Blvd, go past the Raspberry Island Bridge. There are 3 parking lots available, which are the closest to Raspberry Island. Once these prime lots are full, access will be closed. These lots will also be unavailable after 8:15 am, so arrive early!

Shuttle Lot at Ramsey County Building: Located at 90 West Plato Blvd, the Ramsey County Parking Lot will have a shuttle running a continuous loop to and from the event. The shuttle starts at 7:45am and will run until 11:30am.

Water Street: Runs parallel to the river and starts on the west side of Wabasha Street. There is ample street parking on both sides of Water Street. Once parked, walk up a small hill in Harriet Island Park and over to the Raspberry Island Bridge.
 
Fillmore Avenue: Runs parallel to the river and starts on the east side of Wabasha Street. There is ample street parking on both sides of Fillmore Avenue. Once parked, walk west on Fillmore Avenue, turn right on Harriet Island Blvd, and follow the sidewalk to Raspberry Island Bridge.
 
Trans Park Lot: From Fillmore Avenue, turn left on Harriet Island Blvd, and right into the gravel parking lot. This lot is reserved for our event but will fill up fast.

SUBWAY Restaurant Parking Lot:
At the corner of Wabasha Street South, Fillmore Avenue/Water Street. This lot has ample parking open to all of our participants without charge.


Volunteers in red t-shirts with The ALS Association logo will be available throughout the grounds and surrounding area, so please ask them for assistance if needed.
