Faced with the challenges of life with ALS, Larry Sing fought back and used his position and resources to help start our Chapter's communication program to assist people living with ALS who have lost their ability to verbally communicate. Last year, the Hrbek-Sing Communication and Assistive Device Program, named in his honor, distributed nearly 1,200 pieces of equipment for people living with ALS.

In 1995, Larry Sing spearheaded a golf tournament with former business partners and colleagues to raise funds for vital programs like Hrbek-Sing and to fund research towards treatments and a cure for ALS.

Twenty-seven years later, the Larry Sing Golf Classic has grown into a community gathering and opportunity to give that brings together folks from all walks of life and has raised over $2 million for the fight against ALS.

We hope you'll join us this year on August 22nd for the 28th Annual Larry Sing Memorial ALS Golf Classic.
