On September 11, 2021 we are participating in the Walk to Defeat ALS in honor of our husband and father, Bill Sindelir. June 2019, Bill was diagnosed with ALS. It changed our lives! We moved to Rochester, MN where Bill could receive the specialized services he would need. The ALS association has been a lifeline for us. They have helped us navigate through the progression of this disease and have provided much of the durable medical equipment which enables Bill to live at home. We want to give back. Our experience with the Association has been that the dollars donated through this fundraiser along with the ice bucket challenge are what makes these services possible. Every day Bill exemplifies the meaning of courage. Please help us to further research, provide resources and services to families, and to eradicate this terrible disease by being a member of our team or choose a team member from the list and donate to our cause.
It’s easy to register online at web.alsa.org/goto/walkforbillsindelir.
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Deb & Kelsey Sindelir

ABOUT ALS
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe. The life expectancy of a person with ALS averages 2 to 5 years from the time of diagnosis.
ALS can strike anyone. Presently there is no known cause of the disease, yet it still costs loved ones an average of $250,000 a year to provide the care people living with ALS and their families need. Join the movement to provide help and hope today!
