8:30 a.m. Kids Dash
8:45 a.m. Program
9:00 a.m. 10K Run
9:15 a.m. 5K Run/Walk
10:30 a.m. Awards
Course: Check back later for course route. The course is certified and will be chip-timed. Timing results provided by Anderson Race Management.
Prices: $45. Day-of registration increases to $55. For Kids' Dash, $15 advance/$25 day-of.
Pre-Race Pickup: Avoid lines on race day and pick up your t-shirt and race bib on Thursday, May 16th, 2024 from 9 am - 6 pm at The ALS Association office at 1919 University Ave W, Ste 175, St Paul MN, 55104.
