Advocacy Day in Capitol Hill
On May 9th, 2013, 15 advocates representing The ALS Association MN/ND/SD Chapter went to Capitol Hill and met with their Senators and member of Congress. Advocates shared their ALS stories, educated the Senators and Congressional leaders on how ALS affects all of us and asked for their support in funding the National ALS Registry and the ALS Research Program. Thank you to all of our advocates for taking the time to travel to Washington D.C. Your efforts made a huge difference in our journey to create a world without ALS.

The Twins organization generously provided free game tickets to three organizations that work with individuals with ALS (The ALS Association, MN/ND/SD Chapter, Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), and ALS-Therapy Development Institute (TDI)). Each organization was able to invite people with ALS, their family & friends, donors, volunteers, sponsors and others committed to serving people with ALS, to the game. Read More>
